Under Mississippi’s Children’s Promise Act, individuals and businesses can receive a dollar-for-dollar credit against their Mississippi state income tax for eligible gifts to qualified schools like Columbia Academy — up to the annual limits set by the State of Mississippi. In many cases, this means your gift can cost you little to nothing out of pocket while still making a real difference for our students.

Because every family’s tax situation is different, and program limits and rules can change from year to year, we always encourage donors to confirm current eligibility and limits with the Mississippi Department of Revenue and to consult their own tax professional before giving.
